SaneBox and Superhuman both process your emails through third-party AI services. NextEmail AI runs entirely on private GPU infrastructure — your emails never leave our secure servers. We also achieve higher classification accuracy (97% vs. industry average of 80-90%).

With 97% accuracy, about 3 out of every 100 emails may land in the wrong folder. Most misses are edge cases — emails with mixed languages, very short one-liners, or unusual formatting. Important emails like invoices and client messages follow consistent patterns and are classified correctly almost every time. NextEmail never deletes anything — emails are only sorted into folders, flagged as spam, or left in your inbox. You can manually move any email to the right folder and the AI learns from your correction so it won't make the same mistake twice.

NextEmail reads your email metadata (sender, subject, date) and content to classify messages into the right folders. All processing happens on our private GPU infrastructure — nothing is sent to third-party AI services. We don't store your email content after classification. You can disconnect and delete all data at any time.
